For many years, he has been advising national and foreign companies on corporate law and all matters relating to commercial contracts. In the area of corporate law, he advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and divestitures, corporate governance and compliance, and directors’ liability. With his cutting-edge expertise in commercial law (leasing, sales, company contracts, partnership agreements, distribution law, commercial leases) he assists companies in drafting and negotiating contracts, resolving disputes and represents them in the courts.
After completing his studies at the Catholic University of Louvain, he obtained a diploma from the “Fiscale Hogeschool” in Brussels. This enabled him to develop in-depth knowledge of tax aspects of the business world, and a global understanding of the challenges.
